Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast‑growing property and fintech group in Cape Town. The role focuses on SEO, content optimisation and website performance, while supporting CRM and paid‑media activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and optimise web pages, blogs and landing pages for SEO.
• Monitor rankings, site health, crawl errors and Core Web Vitals; implement on‑page SEO updates in WordPress.
• Collaborate with the IT/development team on technical SEO tasks such as schema, redirects, site speed and indexing.
• Work with the content executive to brief, edit and optimise content, and refresh older articles.
• Publish and update content in WordPress, manage plugins and ensure correct metadata and tagging.
• Build and send HubSpot and Brevo email campaigns, manage workflows, lists and segmentation.
• Assist with Google Ads and Meta campaigns, optimise landing pages for conversion.
• Track organic traffic, rankings and content engagement; report KPIs using Google Analytics, HubSpot and SEO tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience in SEO, content optimisation and website management.
• Strong WordPress publishing skills and ability to work closely with technical teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• HubSpot, Brevo, Microsoft Dynamics
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta advertising platforms
• Technical SEO concepts – schema, redirects, site speed, indexing
• Power BI (nice to have)
