Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join The Excellence Group, a collection of award‑winning luxury interior and lifestyle brands in South Africa. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will shape the digital presence of our portfolio by creating compelling visual and written stories that reflect the craftsmanship and hospitality of each brand.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photography and videography across projects, showrooms, launches and events, and edit them into premium digital assets.
• Write engaging, brand‑aligned copy for websites, social media, email campaigns and other marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, schedule and publish posts on Meta, LinkedIn and additional platforms.
• Coordinate website updates, collaborate with the digital agency on optimisation and basic SEO.
• Monitor digital performance, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain a structured digital asset library and ensure visual consistency with the Graphic Designer.
• Support project and event coverage, extending the impact of each activation through digital storytelling.

Required profile

• Strong passion for luxury brands, architecture and interior design.
• Creative eye for detail and ability to translate moments into compelling visual narratives.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on brand‑consistent storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, design and external agency teams.
