Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. Working remotely, you will help improve online visibility, craft engaging content, and drive traffic to our Shopify store and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and spot emerging marketing trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal PC with at least an i5 processor.
