Digital Marketing Analytics Manager – Johannesburg

About the role

The Digital Marketing Analytics Manager will lead the development and optimisation of the company’s digital ecosystem, driving consumer engagement, discoverability and overall marketing performance. Reporting to senior leadership, the role partners with Brand Managers to turn data into actionable insights and continuously improve digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the digital ecosystem strategy and customer experience roadmap.
• Manage websites and landing pages, ensuring speed, usability, accessibility and compliance.
• Develop and execute SEO programmes, conduct keyword research and improve search rankings.
• Analyse website, campaign and consumer‑behaviour data to generate insights and optimise conversion rates.
• Own the marketing technology stack (GA4, GTM, Search Console) and guarantee accurate tracking, attribution and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure governance, privacy and compliance standards across all digital platforms and collaborate with IT, regulatory teams and external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or Business.
• Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO or Digital Marketing) are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO or analytics.
• Proven track record managing websites, digital platforms and analytics reporting.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and exposure to consumer e‑commerce, health, FMCG or similar sectors.
