Digital FM and Technology Apprentice

About the role

Join our team as a Digital FM and Technology Apprentice, supporting the day‑to‑day operation of technology systems for a major account. Working closely with the Account Technology Lead and Advisory Insights Lead, you will gain hands‑on experience in system administration, user support, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with software installations, updates, and basic configuration of systems.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting and user support, logging and escalating incidents as needed.
• Maintain SharePoint knowledge‑management sites, ensuring content is organized and up‑to‑date.
• Support monitoring of system performance and suggest reliability improvements.
• Help gather evidence for compliance and audit activities, following security policies.
• Learn and apply basic scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with client IT contacts and internal teams to communicate technology changes.

Required profile

• Interest in IT support, systems administration, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to learn basic scripting and automation.
• Awareness of IT security best practices and ability to follow policies.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
