About the role
We are looking for a strategic, data‑driven Digital Content Manager to lead our web publishing ecosystem and drive revenue growth. You will combine content management, automated ad technology, and brand‑safety protocols to maximize traffic value across web and social platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of web publishing platforms and social media channels, curating SEO‑optimized articles, posts, and rich media.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that ensures a steady flow of high‑performing digital assets.
- Deploy and manage programmatic moderation tools (AI filters, keyword blockers, algorithmic scanners) to protect brand safety and comply with ad‑network policies.
- Optimize programmatic ad stacks (SSPs, header bidding, Google Ad Manager, AdSense/AdX, Mediavine, OpenX) through A/B testing of placements, refresh rates, and lazy loading.
- Implement and scale social media monetization strategies such as Facebook In‑Stream Ads and YouTube Partner Program.
- Analyze traffic and revenue data daily to identify top‑performing content categories and improve RPM.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in digital web publishing, ad‑operations, or traffic management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
- Hands‑on experience with programmatic moderation and automation scripts.
Required skills
- Google Ad Manager (GAM) and header bidding platforms.
- Supply‑side platforms (SSPs) and affiliate networks.
- Content Management Systems – WordPress, Webflow.
- Programmatic moderation tools – AI filters, automated keyword blockers.
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
- Ad‑tech stacks – AdSense/AdX, Mediavine, Raptive, OpenX.
