Digital Content Coordinator

About the role

Fancourt is seeking a proactive Digital Content Coordinator to shape and share the resort’s story across digital and social platforms. You will create engaging content that reflects the lifestyle and experiences offered at South Africa’s premier golfing and leisure destination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the resort’s social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
• Produce and publish written blogs, video/vlog content, and other digital assets.
• Plan, execute, and report on monthly social media campaigns from concept through scheduling.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
• Analyse performance data to refine content strategy and demonstrate analytical soundness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital content with broader brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms with a portfolio of verifiable work.
• Proven creativity in content creation and a solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate ideas into measurable results.
• Excellent MS Office proficiency.
• Relevant work experience in media, marketing or related fields; tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• Willingness to work irregular hours as required.
