About the role

MOYO is launching a Digital Consulting Graduate Programme for 2027, aimed at recent graduates who are curious, driven, and eager to develop consulting expertise. Participants will work on real IT consulting projects, collaborate with experienced consultants, and build solutions that have tangible impact for clients across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support live IT consulting engagements for a range of clients and sectors.
• Partner with senior consultants to analyse client challenges and co‑create practical solutions.
• Assist in designing, developing, and delivering technology‑driven initiatives.
• Participate in client workshops, discussions, and collaborative problem‑solving sessions.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, strengthening problem‑solving confidence.
• Produce professional project deliverables and documentation.
• Work within energetic, cross‑functional teams.
• Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and consulting approaches.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Interest in developing a specialization such as Business Analysis, Software Development, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
