DevOps Engineer – Azure Cloud

About the role

Lovisa is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and highly‑available Microsoft Azure environments. You will work closely with global teams to modernise platforms, automate infrastructure, and ensure reliable cloud operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, including VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, VPN Gateways and Application Gateways.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep and Azure DevOps pipelines for automated, repeatable deployments.
• Create and optimise CI/CD pipelines for development, test and production environments.
• Automate provisioning and operational processes with PowerShell, Python, REST APIs and Azure DevOps.
• Monitor cloud platforms, perform root‑cause analysis and implement improvements for performance, reliability and resilience.
• Implement cloud security, governance and compliance standards following Azure best practices.
• Produce technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and support critical incidents, deployments and after‑hours maintenance.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to support after‑hours incidents and on‑call duties.
