Depanner – Production Maintenance

About the role
The Depanner will support the Production Department by executing daily targets and ensuring product integrity. This role focuses on maintaining high‑quality output, adhering to hygiene standards, and performing planned maintenance on assigned assets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain high‑quality product output in the production department.
- Uphold housekeeping, hygiene, and food‑safety standards at all times.
- Perform planned mechanical and electrical maintenance on assigned assets.
- Follow company rules, procedures, health & safety policies, and SOPs.
- Handle administration and record‑keeping related to maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- 1‑2 years of relevant production or maintenance experience.
- Logical thinker with a proven track record in a production environment.
- Effective communication with supervisors and management.
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and on shift patterns, including overtime and weekends.
Required skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
