Demand Planner – Contract Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Demand Planner to lead co‑packing and replenishment activities for a dedicated client. The role acts as the primary operational liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring service excellence, compliance with SLAs, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main operational point of contact for the client, managing relationships and leading review meetings.
• Monitor daily performance against KPIs and SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Manage co‑packing purchase orders, BOMs, and master data integrity across systems.
• Develop demand plans, maintain optimal stock levels, and coordinate inter‑branch transfers and transport bookings.
• Handle stock‑related queries, returns, BBDs, GRVs, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit regular operational, replenishment, and variance reports while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and governance standards.
• Support system enhancements and testing related to co‑packing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or related supply‑chain functions.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent client‑relationship skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
