Debtors, Creditors & Invoice Administrator

About the role

MPRO Group is an expanding electrical contracting company looking for a diligent Debtors, Creditors & Invoice Administrator. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end invoicing process, managing both receivables and payables, and supporting basic HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatch client invoices and quotations accurately and on schedule.
• Follow up persistently on outstanding invoices and quotes.
• Manage the full debtors function, including reconciliations and debtor reporting.
• Process creditor invoices and assist with payment runs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Provide support for HR and personnel administration tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in debtors, creditors and invoicing.
• Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
• Strong track record of following up on overdue payments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
• Reliable transport and residence within 30 km of Montana, Pretoria.
