About the role
We are seeking a Debtors Administrator to join our team in Durban. The role focuses on managing high‑value debtor accounts for three companies, ensuring timely payments and accurate records. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
Key responsibilities
- Invoice high‑value debtor accounts for three companies.
- Perform age analysis and reconciliations.
- Manage payment schedules and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
- Reconcile debtor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle all other related debtor duties.
Required profile
- Minimum matric qualification.
- Conversant with the Pastel Evolution accounting package.
