About the role
The Dealership BSI Controller will oversee the daily workshop operations, ensuring that vehicle repairs are scheduled efficiently and completed on time. This role is pivotal in maintaining productivity and delivering high‑quality service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workshop bookings and control the daily work schedule.
- Oversee work‑in‑progress (WIP) to guarantee timely vehicle repairs.
- Track technician productivity, utilisation, and sold hours.
- Utilise BSI and Evolve software to monitor and report on service operations.
Required profile
- Proficiency with BSI and Evolve dealership management systems.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to provide contactable references and payslips upon request.

What we offer
- Basic salary of R 15 000 per month.
