Data Scientist – IoT & AI R&D

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist who thrives on learning, data, scale, and agility. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn complex IoT data into actionable insights and innovative AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large‑scale IoT sensor, logger and telemetry datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Conduct creative AI R&D experiments, from anomaly detection to simulations.
• Build intelligent monitoring systems that reduce false alarms and surface critical metrics in real time.
• Prototype, test and iterate models quickly, moving ideas from concept to production.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers and operators to ensure AI solutions are practical, trusted and impactful.
• Stay curious, challenge the status quo and help shape the future of smart infrastructure.

Required profile

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in Python, data wrangling, statistical modelling and machine‑learning techniques.
• Passion for solving complex problems with elegant, data‑driven solutions.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment and drive innovation forward.
