Data Manager – 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

The Data Manager will lead all data‑related activities for multiple research studies, including designing and maintaining databases, overseeing data capture, validation, and quality assurance, and producing routine analytical reports.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain high‑quality data collection systems (e.g., REDCap) and real‑time quality assurance processes.
• Perform data cleaning, resolve queries, and prepare analytic datasets for investigators.
• Design and automate statistical dashboards to monitor project implementation and key variables.
• Supervise data‑entry staff, ensure training, and oversee QC/QA procedures in line with the quality management plan.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in a medical, scientific, statistical, computer‑science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience managing research databases and building complex REDCap tools.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Access, and a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certificate.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and ability to work independently.
