Data Capturer & Analytics Agent – Bloemfontein

About the role

Our client seeks a highly organised Data Capturer & Analytics Agent to join the operations team in Bloemfontein. You will ensure operational data is accurate, complete and reliable, supporting fuel intelligence, reporting and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, validate and enter operational data from various sources.
• Manage data quality, monitor error rates and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with system and process standards.
• Provide operational support for reporting and basic analytics.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Proficient computer literacy, especially Excel and web‑based systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in data capture, administration or similar roles.
• Exposure to fleet or fuel management systems and experience with reports.
• Background in transport, mining or construction environments is advantageous.
