Data Analytics Consultant – Africa Talent

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analytics Consultant to join the Africa Talent division of Deloitte. The role will support clients across Africa and Europe by applying data‑analytic techniques to identify risks, uncover opportunities and deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Develop, test and deploy data models, dashboards and visualisations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in South Africa and Europe to ensure data quality and relevance.
• Support production deployment and ongoing operations of analytics solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end data analysis, from requirements gathering to production.
• Strong interest in solving complex analytics challenges.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with occasional on‑site collaboration.

Required skills

• Data analysis techniques (e.g., statistical modelling, data visualisation).
• Experience with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
