Data Analyst – Power BI & Azure

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Visualization Engineer with 3‑5 years of experience to design and deliver high‑quality dashboards and analytical solutions on a modern Azure data platform. The role blends strong SQL expertise, data validation, and advanced Power BI development to provide trusted, business‑ready insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic data models, and write advanced SQL queries against Azure‑based sources.
• Consume curated datasets from Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks, work with Azure SQL and data lake structures, and optimise reporting performance.
• Perform rigorous data testing, validation and reconciliation, documenting business rules and transformation logic.
• Translate business requirements into visual solutions, present insights to executive and operational stakeholders, and support self‑service BI enablement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in BI development or data analytics, with strong expertise in Power BI, advanced SQL and Azure data platforms.
• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling and KPI definition.
