Data Analyst II – Advanced Analytics Role

About the role

The Data Analyst II will strengthen Sixty60’s data analytics capabilities by turning raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the analyst will help embed a data‑driven culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets.
• Apply statistical methods, machine‑learning algorithms, and predictive modelling to generate insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to define long‑term data strategy and roadmap.
• Gather business requirements, design analytical solutions, and develop dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data quality, define data‑quality standards, and monitor model performance.
• Lead smaller‑scale analysis projects from data collection through presentation of findings.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience conducting complex data analyses and delivering visualised results.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
