Data Amendment Agent – Consumer Data Support

About the role

We are looking for a Data Amendment Agent to join TransUnion’s Consumer Data Amendments Team, supporting accurate data updates for consumers across the United Kingdom. The role involves analysing and processing data correction requests, working closely with the Consumer Disputes Team, and ensuring data integrity. Full training will be provided and the position is remote, with occasional in‑person events as required.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process data correction requests received from consumer‑facing teams.
• Investigate and resolve consumer dispute‑related data issues.
• Execute SQL queries and make data updates within core database systems.
• Perform quality‑control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage workload to meet service‑level agreements.
• Contribute positively to team goals and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
