Data & AI Agent Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Data & AI Agent Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights and to build AI agents that automate reporting and operational workflows. The role blends traditional data analytics with cutting‑edge AI agent development to support both internal teams and our product’s customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards and visualisations, ensuring data quality and timely delivery of ad‑hoc requests.
• Design, build, test and deploy AI agents and automation solutions that leverage large language models, prompt engineering and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Collaborate with business units, integrate agents with APIs, Docker containers and internal systems, and provide training on analytics and AI tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in data science, computer science, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, BI or a similar data‑focused role.
• Hands‑on experience building or working with AI agents, LLM applications or automation solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• SQL (PostgreSQL) – advanced query writing, performance tuning, stored procedures.
• Python for data cleaning, analysis and automation.
• Large language models, prompt engineering, RAG and model evaluation.
• Data visualisation/BI tools and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, data models).
• APIs, automation tools (Make), Docker and GitHub.
