About the role
Join a Midrand‑based ICT and cloud communications provider as a Cyber Security Specialist. You will own the security landscape and drive the organisation's defence strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement security measures for network and cloud environments.
- Manage firewalls and protect IP‑based networks.
- Collaborate with ICT, ISP and telecom teams to ensure security best practices.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Background in ICT, ISP, telecoms or managed services is highly advantageous.
- Relevant IT/Security qualification or certifications such as Security+, CEH, or network/firewall credentials.
