Customs Affairs Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customs Affairs Supervisor to lead operational excellence across our customs functions. You will ensure world‑class standards through strict SOP adherence, seamless execution and outstanding service to both our network and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high‑performing customs team.
• Drive first‑time‑right customer solutions and service excellence.
• Manage customs clearances, audits, valuations, temporary imports/exports and refunds.
• Build strong relationships with customs officials, carriers and customers.
• Monitor performance, service levels and operational KPIs.
• Ensure ISO compliance and drive continuous process improvement.
• Maintain smooth operation of systems, reporting and communication.
• Identify training opportunities and develop team capabilities.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of customs clearing processes.
• Proven ability to lead people, manage performance and deliver results.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, organized and detail‑focused.
• Customer‑obsessed attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Required skills

• Business Management Diploma, degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years’ leadership experience in express, courier or logistics industry.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence (code 10).
