Customer Support Specialist (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide friendly, efficient assistance to a UK‑based client’s customers. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa while delivering support via email, live chat and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries across email, live chat and phone.
• Resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Log conversations and outcomes accurately in the ticketing system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to handle complex cases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date help articles and saved replies.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or support.
• Calm, friendly, problem‑solving attitude.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Reliable home internet connection and a quiet workspace.

What we offer

• Salary between R15,000 and R18,000 per month.
• Fully remote role – work from anywhere in South Africa.
