Customer Support Email Analyst (Remote, $10-$20/hr)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Customer Support Email Analyst to evaluate and improve the quality of both human and automated email interactions. This remote contract position offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer support email communications for adherence to guidelines and quality standards.
• Assess clarity, tone, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of responses.
• Identify failure modes, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities in automated interactions.
• Provide actionable feedback and reporting to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to align evaluation processes and maintain consistency.
• Document findings and contribute to best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven background in customer support, customer experience, or a related field with strong written communication.
• Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience performing quality evaluations or audits of support content.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing tone, intent, and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for tracking findings.
