About the role
Join Mondelēz International as a Customer Supply Chain Manager and drive value for strategic customers while improving supply‑chain efficiency. You will act as the single point of contact for your customer portfolio, using data to optimise service levels and support joint initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily customer KPIs, investigate and resolve delivery shortages and distribution centre failures.
- Analyse on‑shelf availability and secondary service levels, providing recommendations to customers and internal teams.
- Communicate stock availability, supply risks and opportunities to customers.
- Maintain agreed stock tolerances, Customer Master Data and promotional planning in collaboration with Demand Planning.
- Build collaborative plans for promotions, new product launches and range changes, ensuring in‑stock targets are met.
- Support commercial and operational teams to maximise service and sales performance.
Required profile
- Experience in Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) within fast‑moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent influencing and communication skills.
- Proactive, accountable team player with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
