Customer Success Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to support a UK‑based employer from South Africa. You will act as a customer advocate, ensuring clients receive an excellent experience and helping to drive long‑term engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients and proactively resolve issues.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to promote retention and growth.
• Identify and escalate potential problems or improvement opportunities to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to exceed client expectations.
• Provide timely, effective solutions to client queries.
• Monitor client health metrics and develop strategies to improve satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in customer success or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Previous experience with UK clients is a plus.
• Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
