Customer Success Manager – French Speaker

About the role

The EMEA Customer Excellence team at S&P Global Energy is looking for a bilingual Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and satisfaction for our energy and commodities clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers receive maximum value from our solutions through proactive engagement, onboarding, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with French‑speaking customers to understand their needs and help them achieve business outcomes.
• Lead remote and on‑site onboarding sessions, tailoring training to each client’s workflow.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote product adoption.
• Monitor usage data and health scores to identify upsell or improvement opportunities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and service teams.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience.
• Capture all engagement activities accurately in Gainsight.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant customer‑success experience or 5 years in the energy/commodities/finance sector.
• Strong presentation and software‑demo abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
