Customer Success & Business Development Consultant (VR 70)

About the role

Our client, a leading security and access‑control provider, is looking for a Customer Success & Business Development Consultant to strengthen relationships with existing customers and drive new business opportunities. The role combines customer success management, sales activities, and basic technical support to ensure clients fully utilise the platform and remain satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, conducting regular engagement and review meetings.
• Educate customers on new product features, enhancements, and best practices, ensuring full utilisation of the platform.
• Monitor customer health, identify retention risks early, and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Follow up on inbound sales enquiries and marketing‑generated leads, delivering product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation while maintaining accurate lead records.
• Identify new markets and generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry research.
• Assist customers with basic product guidance and operational questions, liaising with technical staff for installations and service requests.
• Provide backup support to the technical implementation and support team when required.
