Customer Services and Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are an importer and distributor of global health and wellness brands seeking a proactive Customer Services and Operations Coordinator. You will act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, continuously improving the experience while reducing the workload on management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer queries to identify root causes and propose preventive solutions.
• Document recurring issues, suggest process improvements and automate routine tasks.
• Provide two viable solutions for every problem and own the issue until it is resolved.
• Monitor trends, compile insights for management and contribute to a better FAQ and review system.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Curious, proactive and calm under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with a commercial awareness.
• Comfortable making recommendations and respectfully challenging the status quo.
• Enjoys learning new systems and documenting processes.

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on customer service experience (minimum 5 years).
• Basic proficiency with office software and CRM tools.
• Ability to identify patterns, analyse data and present findings.
