Customer Services Agent – Client Support

About the role

The Customer Services Agent will deliver professional support to clients through multiple channels such as inbound calls, emails and walk‑ins. You will address client needs, concerns and complaints while adhering to Service Level Agreements and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients and intermediaries to resolve queries within SLA and quality standards.
• Take ownership of complaints, ensure timely resolution and provide required documentation.
• Capture and update client information in relevant systems and complete administrative reporting.
• Investigate client queries, escalate when necessary, and provide accurate advice.
• Produce regular service performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to financial planning, cost‑effectiveness and risk identification.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (essential).
• 2‑3 years experience in a call centre or client‑service environment (preferred).
• Exposure to the medical aid or health industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
