Customer Service Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Training Specialist to lead the onboarding and development of new e‑commerce support staff. In this remote, full‑time position you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that enable hires to excel on platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, and Zendesk.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate one‑on‑one and group training sessions via Zoom.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding on company policies, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Teach customer‑service workflows on e‑commerce platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, Re:amaze, Freshdesk, Shopify).
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and resources using Canva, Trainual, Moodle, and Loom.
• Participate in New Team Member Onboarding Week and lead assigned sessions.
• Assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and continuously improve the curriculum.

Required profile

• 3–5 years BPO experience in customer service.
• 1–2 years experience delivering customer‑service training.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce support tools and CRM platforms.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable collaborating remotely.
