Customer Service Representative (Sign Industry)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for both existing and prospective customers at a FASTSIGNS center, helping them navigate the sign‑making process and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Be the initial point of contact for current and prospective customers at the FASTSIGNS center.
• Prepare estimates, create work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished signage.
• Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the center’s success.
• Communicate with customers via email, telephone, in‑person visits and on‑site consultations.
• Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into long‑term clients.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of retail or counter‑sales experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and able to build relationships.
• Strong listening and organizational abilities.
• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for four hours or more.
• Capable of working under pressure to produce high‑volume, high‑quality work.
