Customer Service Representative

About the role

Drain Doctor is expanding its customer support team and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as Customer Service Representatives. The role can be full‑time or part‑time and involves handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing a high level of service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls using an established script.
• Convert enquiries into booked appointments for service engineers.
• Dispatch engineers to appointments and keep customers updated on schedule changes.
• Conduct follow‑up service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, ordering stock, matching purchase invoices and other administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an office‑based customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administration abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
• Good overall IT proficiency.
