Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Representative to join our growing US‑based business. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering fast, accurate support to a diverse client base across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers about product details, pricing and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Perform data entry across various platforms and handle administrative tasks.
• Work according to United States business hours.

Required profile

• Fluent English or Afrikaans accent.
• 1‑5 years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience and comfort with upselling.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
