Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who loves talking to people and proactively solving problems. This remote position supports a variety of US‑based clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate answers about product details, pricing and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Perform data entry across various platforms.
• Handle administrative tasks and work during United States business hours.

Required profile

• Fluent English or Afrikaans accent.
• Sales experience and comfort with a sales‑oriented approach.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• 1‑5 years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM software.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work effectively.
