Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for our diverse client base, helping to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information on product details, pricing and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Perform data entry across multiple platforms and handle administrative tasks.
• Work according to United States business hours.

Required profile

• Fluent English or Afrikaans accent.
• 1‑5 years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience and comfort with upselling.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
