Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our team. You will handle inbound calls and assist customers with technical and billing enquiries, ensuring a smooth and accurate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries regarding technical issues and billing.
• Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries efficiently, and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with Back Office and Chat channels in addition to voice support.
• Escalate anomalies when necessary and maintain PCI compliance standards.
• Build relationships with support departments and act as a liaison.

Required profile

• Previous customer support or help‑desk experience in the mobile services industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize when to escalate issues.
• High energy, engaging personality with an outgoing and humorous outlook.
• Excellent communication skills and humility when handling escalated incidents.
• Willingness to work international hours with reliable transport.
