Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for our diverse client base, helping to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information on product details, pricing, and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
• Perform data entry across multiple platforms.
• Handle various administrative tasks.
• Work according to United States business hours.

Required profile

• Fluent English or Afrikaans accent.
• Sales experience and comfort with customer interaction.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• 1‑5 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
