About the role
Zoomlion South Africa is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the customer service hotline and reception area. The role involves interacting with customers via phone, email and chat, providing product information, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email and chat, providing knowledgeable answers about product, pricing and availability.
- Greet visitors, clients and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the company email inbox and distribute messages to appropriate staff.
- Enter data into various platforms and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality, discretion and a customer‑service oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
