Customer Service (German/English) – 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual customer service representative to join our TalentPop team. You will provide exceptional support to German‑ and English‑speaking customers from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chat messages and emails in German and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver quick, effective resolutions.
• Personalise interactions to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
