Customer Service Controller

About the role
The Customer Service Controller will act as the primary liaison between our logistics operation and its clients, ensuring shipments and deliveries are planned, tracked, and communicated efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining high service standards in a fast‑paced export/import environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate daily with existing clients to secure new shipments and deliveries.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a daily basis.
- Plan and coordinate shipments and deliveries in line with company policies.
- Monitor delivery progress, inform clients of any delays, and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Close out completed shipments and deliveries, maintaining accurate records.
Required profile
- Proven experience in export and import operations.
- Familiarity with port procedures and container handling.
- Ability to work long hours under pressure.
- Strong teamwork orientation.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with the Navis terminal operating system.
