Customer Service Associate – Spanish Moderator

About the role

Join Amazon’s remote team as a Customer Service Associate – Spanish Moderator. You will moderate customer reviews and respond to email inquiries in both Spanish and English, ensuring high‑quality, timely support while meeting productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate customer‑generated content to comply with Amazon policies.
• Answer email queries in Spanish and English with clear, polite communication.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards set by management.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and communicate trends to leadership.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data‑security guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 and legal right to work in South Africa.
• Strong written Spanish and English skills (minimum B2 level).
• Completed NQF Level 4 qualification or Grade 12 (or higher).
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Quiet, distraction‑free home office with a dedicated desk and chair.

Required skills

• Proficient written communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to navigate multiple desktop software systems and customer‑service tools.
