Customer Service Associate – Arabic Moderator (Remote)

About the role

Join Amazon as a Customer Service Associate – Arabic Moderator and work from home in South Africa. You will moderate customer reviews and respond to email inquiries in both Arabic and English while maintaining Amazon’s high standards of quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate customer-generated content in Arabic and English.
• Answer email queries promptly, ensuring clear and polite communication.
• Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Use Amazon’s customer‑service tools effectively and follow all policies and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues and communicate emerging trends to management.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 and legal right to work in South Africa.
• Strong written Arabic and English skills (minimum B2 level).
• Completed NQF Level 4 qualification or Grade 12 (or higher).
• Experience using a desktop computer and navigating multiple software systems.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Quiet, distraction‑free home office with a dedicated desk, chair and a fibre internet connection of at least 20 Mbps upload/download.
