Customer Service Agent – German & English (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent who can provide top‑notch support to German‑speaking customers in both German and English. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location with a reliable internet connection while joining an international, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional assistance via live chat, email, and inbound phone calls in German and English.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and solution‑focused approach.
• Resolve issues efficiently or escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Accurately document all interactions using CRM and support platforms.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
• Represent the TalentPop brand by ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent written communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, Freshdesk, or Intercom (or similar CRM/support platforms).
