About the role
Join a fast‑paced contact centre in Cape Town supporting a Canadian shipping client. As a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Agent you will handle inbound enquiries about parcel delivery, providing clear information and resolving issues while maintaining a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and messages from Dutch‑speaking customers.
- Investigate delivery queries, track parcels and provide status updates.
- Communicate next steps and outcomes clearly in Dutch.
- Maintain accurate case notes and follow quality standards.
- Manage complaints and aim for first‑contact resolution.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Required profile
- Native‑level fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends.
