Customer Service Advisor – Travel (UK)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Advisor to join our fast‑paced travel contact centre. You will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, live chat, social media and email, helping them plan and enjoy memorable holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class, first‑time resolution service across all channels.
• Guide customers through the entire journey – from holiday search to post‑travel follow‑up.
• Support sales agents with package conversions and step in for complex service issues.
• Provide expert advice, troubleshoot problems on the spot and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Proactively suggest process improvements and feedback to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a travel sales or customer service role.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a strong drive for results.
• Enthusiastic self‑starter who can multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to build long‑lasting relationships and deliver consistent service.

Required skills

• Strong IT proficiency and ability to operate multiple systems simultaneously.
