Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers across email and phone channels.
• Handle day‑to‑day queries with confidence and care.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues and follow‑ups.
• Process refunds and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and tidy records.
• Support the wider Customer Service team with admin and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Enjoy structured admin work and take pride in accuracy.
• Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• Stay calm, solutions‑focused, and friendly under pressure.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• 2+ years experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Matric qualification; diploma or degree is a bonus.
• Comfortable sharing office space with occasional four‑legged colleagues (pet‑friendly office).

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and digital tools.
