CRM Solutions Architect – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

Huble, a global HubSpot, AI, marketing and creative consultancy, is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to design scalable, innovative solutions for clients. Working remotely from South Africa, you will leverage HubSpot CRM within broader front‑office ecosystems, integrating systems and shaping data flows that align with client technology stacks and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and design effective solutions using HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, sales and service consulting teams to define architecture and project scope.
• Create architecture diagrams, functional specifications, data models and other implementation documentation.
• Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct technology audits, provide improvement recommendations, and define success metrics.
• Assist with data migration projects and perform quality‑assurance testing.
• Stay current with technology features and communicate updates internally and to clients.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in a digital/technical agency or consultancy, working with clients through consulting, solution building, implementation and training.
• Proven ability to design end‑to‑end architectures and develop data strategies.
• Strong communication skills to guide clients in adopting new technologies.
